Rearrange Dock or Icons to Landscape

I don't know if I am doing something wrong, but when turning the phone to landscape mode, the dock gets over some icons, and some icons from next page are shown (but not usable).
(Removing 1 row from icons still renders 2 icons to the bottom, where the dock still overlaps them)
Anyway to make the iPad Dock option turn together with the phone?
