A second top bar appears for a short time when swiping out of control centre. Is there a fix for this?

iPhone SE iOS 11.1.2

I found a fix for it, if you install BlackOutCC, then there is an option in it to disable the status bar in the control center. I only use the tweak to do just that lol.
