A website base on tatowiki and cppcms can not work

I compiled and ran tatowiki and found that it works. So I added mysql support for tatowik and cppcms-skeleton and remove history feature of tatowiki, rename tatowiki to aiicy, tatoeba to center, but it can not work. When I compile and run aiicy locally and access 127.0.0.1 with chrome, it will redirect to zh.127.0.0.1(like tatowiki and my browser language is Chinese) and say

The zh.127.0.0.1 page is not working properly
zh.127.0.0.1 No data was sent.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
