The current way the wiki works doesn't support all html tags to be added directly into the body of an article. See the sandbox for some examples under html. A way to strip harmful javascript/css/html tags would be needed of course.

actually the current way is because tag are already stripped see here https://github.com/allan-simon/tatowiki/blob/master/app/src/generics/markdown.cpp for the current set of rules

what about #93 , as I think most of the use cases with plain html are to work around the shortcoming of markdown ?
