have "redirect" pages

we should be able to create some "special" page that display nothing but redirect to an other

That will permit

1. to manage internally old urls (if an old articles names was used a lot but we decide to have a better name, without breaking the old link to it)
2. As the search engine redirect directly to the articles when there's a perfect match. it will permit to match an article on several keywords (for example if the user search Regexp , regular expression etc. it should be redirected directly to the article)
