Create a basic sample test-suite to help new users of the framework.
Put everything into the '/examples/sample_01' folder

Prerequisites

CookieCutter tutorial: https://cookiecutter.readthedocs.io/en/1.7.2/README.html
Maven tutorial: https://maven.apache.org/guides/getting-started/index.html

Create an input and output BQ table with terraform
Create the testSuite with the following parameters

Input: BQ table with load job
Action: BQ query
Assert: BQ table

Document the example, and anything what is missing from the main documentation
