Annoying 3D surface rescaling

I want to view my "surf(X,Y,Z)" as a static object that I can view from every angle, but for some reason when I rotate around the graph "up or down", it resizes the graph itself which makers it really hard to visualize the data properly since it's always changing in size.

-TLDR: How can I stop 3D surface plots from resizing vertically when I rotate my view up and down?
