Can't build image via "airbyte-ci"

I am trying to build a connector image.

I am using

╰─ python3 --version
Python 3.12.7

I've installed airbyte-ci

make tools.airbyte-ci.install and make tools.airbyte-ci-dev.install

However, when runing airbyte-ci connectors --name=source-tiktok-marketing build, I kept seeing the following error
