Tell us about the new connector you’d like to have

• Zendesk help centre to Redshift is the objective of this request

Describe the context around this new connector

• We use Zendesk Support and Zendesk Help Centre modules, and we have got loads of benefits with Zendesk Support analytics on data warehouse. We would like to do the same analytics on Zendesk Help Centre data.
• How often do you want to run syncs? Daily full refresh sync is sufficient for now, but in future there's a need to do hourly incremental sync.
• If this is an API source connector, which entities/endpoints do you need supported? Currently, we only need Articles data to start with, but the requirement will grow towards other entities
• If the connector is for a paid service, can we name you as a mutual user when we subscribe for an account? Which company should we name? This connector has the same authentication as Zendesk Support connector

What are you considering doing if you don’t have this integration through Airbyte?
To pull Articles entity, I can build a custom code to pull and push to redshift. But the more entities we need to pull, this become a more consuming activity.
