Pixel for sample mode

Setting no tpi and ips could/should trigger 'pixel for sample' mode — you just get one pixel for every seismic sample (in VD mode) or trace-for-trace and 72 samples-per-inch in wiggle trace mode (I think... maybe it just doesn't make sense in wiggle trace mode).
