Go-live detection should include the subpaths of a hint for helix check

Current State:
Currently, the go-live detection process checks only the root-level domain to determine if it's a Helix site, discarding it if it's not.

Desired State:
There are examples where Helix sites go live on subpaths. Therefore, the go-live detection mechanism should be improved to not only assess the root-level domain but also inspect subpaths (to a reasonable extent).
