Login Failure IIS Deployment

I've been trying to Deploy a Blazor Server + EFCore app on a Windows Server with IIS, but i faced a trouble:

When I browse the app, the logs tell that the login failed for user 'IIS APPPOOL\alfa4blazor' which is the identity of the pool of my website. I am usinf SQL Server and already put the login in Security\Login, already added the user for the database, already tried to give the permissions needed to read/write an the dbowner, already mapped on the database, create another login profile, and changing the Identity of the pool to LocalSystem for testing, but i had no success in none of that steps.

This is my connection string in appsettings.Staging.json file:

As I said I already tried to create another login and change the connection string to user the user and password, but still didnt work.
