Fix incorrect URLs when possible

Invalid vulnerability reference: <VulnerabilityReference: https://https://jpn.nec.com/security-info/secinfo/nv24-001_en.html>: {'url': ['Enter a valid URL.']}

We get this while importing data from NVD, this can be fixed and we should have a way to ingest these.

@TG1999 can you please elaborate on the problem more I kind of understand the issue.
Correct me if I'm wrong, the issue here is that you entered an invalid URL and you ain't getting the message or error "Enter a Valid URL" If that's the problem I could help else please elaborate on the problem more
