additions to README to enhance reproducibility #31

1. Copy the repo to a local directory
2. Install the R-package 'devtools'
....
Furthermore 'broom' is not listed as a dependency and is therefore not installed.
The remake::make() command somehow does not run without problems, because Latex is also a dependency.
