Extend client with new data endpoints, cluster icon and basemap features

Adapt some newer UI features from backend (like clustered icons, integration of WMS layers including the proper attribution) and newer endpoints, like text, subtitle

In the popup, content of the teaser field should be shown, if empty, use text with max 100 chars.
