Currently the Vite PWA plugin generates the webmanifest file in the assets directory instead of the public directory, requiring the extra build step of copying the file to /public and a second unused file in the assets dir.

New Behavior

Find a way to change the directory the webmanifest file gets generated in, or open an issue on the Vite PWA repo
