HealthChecks.UI.Core add new spring boot status #2371

Spring Boot applications return these values ( UP,DOWN or Unknown) as their health status.
Could you add this for their health checks?

like:

public enum UIHealthStatus
{
Unhealthy = 0,
Degraded = 1,
Healthy = 2,
Up = Healthy,
Down = Unhealthy,
Unknown = Degraded
}
