English meta description for predefined template pages #538

Meta description data is English for predefined template pages. If you e.g. go to our localized download page, you will get English meta.

Meta title is replaced by translation strings.
Meta descriptions for front pages like wordpress.org and pattern/plugin/theme front page is already replaced by translation strings.

This is a duplicate of #79 — that issue has a broader scope, but I flagged this translation issue there, as a generated excerpt could also fix the translations.
