File Directory Structure

@ignatius525, is the .egg-info folder responsible for deployment to PyPi? If so, do we need the setup.py file and the enclosing folder? Otherwise, it might be worth renaming some of the folders to their specific purpose rather than having all of them be the same name.

I guess we just did some restructuring (you and me). I am still wrapping my head around using pyproject.toml or setup.py. From what I see though, setup.py is deprecated, and we probably could remove it.
