Can't see unlock requirements in SMP

Works fine in SSP but in SMP it says "Hold shift for requirements" and after pressing shift the requirement isn't displayed.

Updating to latest Forge (at least I think that's what fixed it) fixes this, either way it's working now lol

Ok so this isn't fixed, if you go into SSP then save/quit SSP an go into SMP it shows the requirements up.

I've seen this issue on my server, but only when the client and server configs are different. Even though I was certain nothing had changed, reuploading fixed it.
