Fresh Animations already works out of the box with Quark because they take the Forgotten as a skeleton and a stray... at the same time. That's the reason the out layer and the forgotten itself seem to be clipping in their animations. This can be visualized better with edit to those animations to show it.

So, to sum up the Forgotten is a "skeleton" entity with a "stray_outer" entity in its overlay. Those animations overlap a cause that clipping and mismatch with Fresh Animations.
