Reproduction steps

  1. I downloaded the installer for Ultimaker Cura 5.9.0
  2. I the installed Cura and launched it
  3. Then this error came up:

  1. I closed Cura and opened it again, but the same error came up again.

Actual results

The same error keeps coming up whenever you launch Cura

Expected results

Cura should launch as normal? I don't know because I haven't been able to actually get the software to work.
