Thanks for the report.
It won't slice for me either.
From my log file is the generic error:
"Backend exited abnormally with return code 3221225477!"

Changing the "Initial Layer Height" to 0.20 did allow it to slice.
The Cura Team will take a look.

This is the project at 0.2 initial layer height and looking up through the build plate.
There isn't much contact with the build plate at all.

You don't have supports turned on and this model requires supports "everywhere".
