Climate device colors - Red for heat, blue for cool #1590

The current states color templates have only "On", "Off" and "No state" templates.

Adding "Cool", "Heat" and "Fan" templates will allow to color climate buttons according to their state.

I have created custom templates to be put in:
.\config\ui_lovelace_minimalist\lovelace\ulm_templates\card_templates\colors

It's working, however, the files are deleted on every update and need to be manually uploaded.

Please consider including those files natively.
