New model button available from diagram view?

This could be easily added, especially after #368. I originally left it out because I thought it might be confusing.

Is the thought that "New model" should just always be available as an action, no matter where you are in the app? IMO, we either decide to do that, or else stopping adding in piecemeal in different places.

I think I want it available everywhere, yeah. That’s distinct from the desire to be able to get back to your current model from help and profile screens with in-app navigation but it’s a similar “can always get home” feel.
