When you update your username or change permissions, there should be a confirmatory UX event.

The first part of this is a dupe of #344. I'm confused about the second part: when you click "update permissions," the dialog closes. What else should happen?

I think a paradigm that just confirms an update and doesn’t close the dialog might be more like it, for both profile settings and permissions settings.
