When changing one graphics setting all additional get toggled along with it

FusionFix works well for me but once I try to switch individual settings in Graphics, all of the additional settings get toggled along. When trying to set the FOV the bar gets moved to Detail Distance.
In order to get rid of this issue, I came across another ticket that got solved by replacing the d3dx9_43.dll with the correct one, thus I have checked the FusionFix asi file with Dependencies and it came out that there was no issue. n Now I am wondering how I can resolve this mistery and use this fantastic fix for this old gem of a game to it's maximal capacity. I have downgraded the game from 1.2.0.30 to 1.0.8.0 and play it on Win 10 with an AMD RX 6700 XT. The base copy of the game is genuine and downloaded directly from the Rockstar Launcher. I would be very thankful to get this issue solved. Thank you very much in advance.

I have downgraded the game from 1.2.0.30 to 1.0.8.0

This is why it happens, if you downgrade you should check the guides and forks for that version, you're no longer playing the CE version of the game.
