Add update check

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some players are not so often on moddb so it would be good if they would be informed and this would be especially good for multiplayer servers if the players are always up to date.

A version check that alerts you to a new update at startup.

As long as there is an internet connection it should be possible to program something that checks the moddb page
