I have fixed this with #3093. Because GitHub is removing ubuntu 20 in April, I think it's better to wait for that PR. Can I close this? |

I just got an e-mail from Github mentioning that the ubuntu 20.04 runner will be unsupported on April 1, 2025.
This PR updates all workflows to ubuntu-latest.
