I need to learn the structure for engine thrust profiles and adjust the water-injection pre-cooler modifications to relative values based on DARPA's projected outcomes. How could this be appropriately balanced? The Rascal is a two-stage to orbit, so I'm projecting it should flameout around 28-30km and hit about mach 3.2/3.3?
