Game Freezes after clicking "Purchase" Button

Whenever I hit the "Purchase" button from any menu, the game just freezes. This is without any mods in both v0.2.1 and v0.2.0

It appears to be happening when my Steam is offline. When I put back the Steam to online mode, it doesn't freeze.
