Hello,
according to https://shopify.dev/docs/api/functions/reference/delivery-customization/graphql/common-objects/product I assume ProductVariants should have also handle field

Sorry, I don't know where I can create the issues, and I know that it's not a part of the shopify-function-rust

ProductVariants don't have handles in our admin APIs.
