It looks like these grammers could also support TextMate. Converting the JSON to plist (e.g. via vscode.tmlanguage), adding a UUID and splitting folding markers to a .tmPreferences file seems to be enough to build a working .tmBundle.
There is liquid.tmBundle, but it seems to be very outdated. Is there any interest to add plist output to the build process?
