Can anyone make an PLCC/LCC package model for chips?

I was making Intel 188 (Intel 80188) and it won't fit. And i thought about making the design of chips in square and also having pins in every side (PLCC/LCC package). It would be also funny if we could choose if we want a DIP package (Package for chips that have pins only on two opposite sides, just like in DLS) or PLCC/LCC package.
Intel 80188 is really big for the my DLS, so if i will create a new demo of it working i won't be able to put it in. So you will need a mod or debug DLS so you can make the Board bigger somehow.
