Add support for optional filters in generic search

Sometimes searchbar has optional filter(s) - dropdown with lce/repo/cv etc to filter by:

Instead of overriding entire search method for such cases we could think of accepting optional filters kwarg and introducing some naming conventions for such filters to be able to use common search everywhere.
