This is not a bug, it happens because the hide avatar frames option is enabled in the Minimal options, if you display them they will be present again. And before you ask I already tried to separate the two (friend list and here in the webkit) but it's the same tag.

@OwlVoid I made a change, the option is now fixed normally. "Show" shows the frame everywhere and "Hide" hides the frame everywhere except on the webkit. can you confirm please ?
