Hi,

Thank you for this great package! I recently started using ShinyCell to generate ShinyApp application s for your scRNAseq data. While doing I face one rather "cosmetic" issue I couldn't fix myself yet: In the GeneExpr figure I have a drop down menu where I could set two genes as a default when "makeShinyApp", anyway when using the drop down menu seven genes are displayed where one is my default + six genes based on the alphabetic order in my gene list. Since those genes look a bit funny I would like to replace them either with relevant genes of the dataset or only having one option displayed (my default). The drop down menu isn't very helpful here since one will type in anyway the gene of interest. Is there a way to replace the drop down menu with a simple "type in field" maybe in the ui.R file? thanks for your help!

Hi, i have the same problem. Is there a way to edit it? default.multigene is only used in other plots such as bubbleplot, but I would like my dropdown menu to already suggest reasonable options and not to rely from the start on the user's expertise.
