Telemetry: Is anything recorded or collected?

Since Roo-Code is a fork of Cline, I am concerned.

I don't know what they meant by that. We do not collect any telemetry currently and would give people the option to clearly opt out if we ever did.

But their tweet goes into detailed behavior analysis of user patterns. Either they are just faking their analysis or they have some means of accessing the data. And if this fork doesn't audit the upstream code, it might inadvertently also collect such data. Or worse, allow them to collect your users data!

I hear your concern, but I haven't seen anything like this in the Roo-Code codebase and we review all merges in from upstream closely (and they've been fewer and farther between lately). Please feel free to take a look yourself though and let me know if you see anything suspicious!
