Bug: Rabby ignore the gas price set by the dapp

I noticed that Rabby ignore the gasPrice set by the dapp.
This is annoying as dapp, if they do not wish to set the gasprice can set it to be undefined, if they set it though, they expect the wallet t abide to it.

If you want you can let the user change it easily but it should at least default to what the dapp suggest.
This is especially important when there is reason for the dapp to ensyure the user is setting the correct gas proce and where Rabby might do a good estimation

Also, gasPrice set by the dapp is considered by other wallets
