I read the pdf and it mention a library that we must add through a zip file.
But where is this zip file please?

The only possible file is the copy of Arduino neopixel library.
But I already have the original and it works.
Is it supposed to expose the examples?

Seems they included some samples that are in "Upload Code.zip" but they either forgot to properly include a "library.properties" or simply forgot to upload their lib.
