Add option to sort by received / observed on flow run page

Describe the current behavior

The flow run page allows sorting logs and events by timestamp which I assume is the occurred timestamp.

Describe the proposed behavior

When investigating behavior where logs and events arrive out of order from when they were sent (due to buffering and such) it would be helpful to be able to sort the logs and events by the received / observed timestamp.
