IAP persists after deleting decrypted app and reinstalling from AppStore #66

I have an app I used Satella on, installed the app through Trollstore and unlocked a non-consumable IAP for the pro version of the app to test out its features. The app in question is id1446177109.

After uninstalling the app (and deleting all iCloud files for it) the IAP is still there when I reinstall the app directly from the AppStore. How can I reset the IAP to be unpurchased?
