[GUI][Feature request] Automatically enter PIVX address when user type Address label

1. When user type (or copy-paste) a PIVX address, if it is stored in Contacts, it will automatically show its Address label below.
   This feature request is to make it the other way around: If user have a Contact in Contacts named "JoeFromContacts", when he types in Address label "JoeFromContacts", wallet should automatically write his/hers PIVX address above.

2. Feature request to show auto suggestion dropdown menu from Contacts addresses when user start typing "JoeFro..." so that user can navigate through the suggested addresses with cursors, and press Enter if it highlighted the address (Contact) that user wanted to choose.
