[Feature request] Allow double mouse click to send full selected amount

After selecting multiple UTXOs in Coin Control, allow double left mouse click on "Total remaining from the selected UTXO" to recognize it in Amount box as full amount that was selected. In case from the screenshot, it would be 3837.66 tPIV.

This feature request might be connected with issue #1079, to avoid ending up with (change) amount in wallet after sending transaction.

(Isn't a creation of (change) with an amount of 0.001... PIVs annoying after each and every transaction?)
