SW Rendering issues-
A lot of stuff was thankfully fixed by #5024, but some issues remain.
The pull got the rolling vertical bars during dialog scenes working; however, they incorrectly persist into black screens, where they should not be visible. gs_20211209052937.gs.zip
Additionally, the parts of the rolling bars in the top and bottom of the screen are supposed to be less visible, instead of maintaining the same opacity.

While the pull fixed the depth issues in the Katherine investigation screen, a seam still appears on the Lospass guidebook.

HW Rendering issues-
Everything #5024 fixed is still broken on HW. Namely;
Rolling vertical bars are not present during dialog

Outside of rendering issues, the game is prone to random crashes if Fast Boot is being used.

Reproduction Steps
Rolling vertical bars: enter any dialog sequence
Katherine investigation screen: enter any investigation sequence.
Crash on Fast Boot: start a new game, and just wait during the intro without advancing text.
The GSdumps should suffice, but if more instruction is necessary, please let me know.

dose anyone know the status of this , the game has automatic fixes added in #10637 and their was additional fixes in #12185 which means the gs dumps already on the issue might not be helpfull
