Where should files be created so that created themes are recognized?

Where should the files be created so that the created themes are recognized?

I have run it from godot, but it has not created the simple file, only the file that is created in the "save to path" button.

However, it does not indicate in which folder it should be created. I have already tried with theme and themes in the "AppData\Roaming\pixelorama" folder.
