Using layer inside a group and after using selection tool all the new drawing starts to appear below

Issue description:
Hi. If my layer is inside a group and I cut and paste part of my drawing, all my new drawing will appear below what I've already done. I need to hide the layer or change between frames to refresh and see what I'm doing.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a group and move your layer into this group
• Draw something and using Rectangular Tool, move part of what you drew to another place
• Now try using pencil and you will see that all your new draw will be below your draw

Thanks for reporting! It seems like a duplicate indeed, I cannot replicate the issue anymore in v1.1 beta.
