Review Exposure Subdivision Script

This script is to create exposure subfiles from master, which must be small enough to run in OQ (<81,000 assets). Boundaries must honour FSA's, because that is the aggregation level we use in CanSRM1 Probabilistic. Goal is to minimize disruption to planning regions, while maximizing file size up to the 81K asset limit.

I tried to add comments, and keep it organized enough for someone else to track. I also wrote some self-checks at the end, but we’re all human and everything is fallible! It should run on any machine, instructions are in the usage comment. If you need any other info then let me know.
