Link to specific sections in the FAQ?

Some pages like https://www.riskprofiler.ca/learn-more/uncertainties-and-intended-use/ contains lots of links into the FAQ page, though they all point to the FAQ page and not jump to the specific section or question.

Currently, for example, we could link directly to the "How are the values rounded?" question like so:

https://www.riskprofiler.ca/learn-more/frequently-asked-questions/#template-922-section-3-container-1-column-1-block-8

though if we could add name anchors to the individual questions or their section headers that are closer to their original text, that'd be great! (I'll start exploring that in the WordPress page editor.)
