Public has sent email regarding the opendrr github page maps, and upon further discovery the maps are linking to a older version ESRI rest layer and not the newest version.

The old links are linking to https://maps-cartes.services.geo.ca/server_serveur/rest/services/NRCan/nhsl_en/MapServer but should be now linking to for physical exposure (https://maps-cartes.services.geo.ca/server_serveur/rest/services/NRCan/physical_exposure_en/MapServer/) and Social Fabric (https://maps-cartes.services.geo.ca/server_serveur/rest/services/NRCan/social_fabric_en/MapServer)

Layers(legend) have been adjusted and reduced as well to 2 and 1 respectively.

Update physical exposure and social fabric maps

Public sent an email notifying us of discrepancies between maps on OpenDRR
GitHub Pages and data on FGP.  Upon further discovery, the maps were linking
to an older version of ESRI REST layer and not the newest version.

Special thanks to the member of the general public for the report,
